1. Member Eligibility

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and current. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately and any credit balance will be forfeited without compensation.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at W55. Attempts to register multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details — are considered a serious violation and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts, including forfeiture of all funds held within them.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. W55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your own negligence.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

W55 supports multiple deposit methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and digital assets. All transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds secure at all times. No hidden fees are charged for standard deposits.

For withdrawals, members are required to submit identity verification documents (KYC) at least once before their first request is approved. Processing time is typically between 30 minutes to 3 business days depending on the selected method and the workload of our review team.

Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds can be converted to cash or withdrawn.

Bonus abuse — such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically employing low-risk wagering techniques (e.g. arbitrage betting), or members colluding to exploit promotions — may result in bonus removal and account suspension.

5. Game Rules & Sports Betting

All games on W55 — including live casino, online slots, poker, sports betting, and lottery games — have their own rules available on their respective pages. We use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent third parties to ensure fair play across every game.

For sports betting, W55 reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-confirm odds in the event of technical errors, inaccurate information, or extraordinary circumstances. Official match results recognised by the relevant sports governing body will serve as the basis for settling bets.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the W55 platform:

• Money laundering or suspicious fund transfers

W55 is not liable for any losses caused by internet service disruptions, device failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). 9. Amendment of Terms

W55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 10. Applicable Law
